I was not looking forward to doing research for new blinds, I thought it would be a hassle…This was the first place we went to and we got so lucky. None of my worries were an issue. Alexandria was so friendly, easy to talk to, and listened to all our concerns and answered our questions…it was no pressure.
Sharon came and took all the measurements for the windows and she was also very friendly and was never pushy or forceful with anything. She was very respectful of which windows we wanted to do and which ones we wanted to hold off on due to cost.
