My first time with Ben, he was excellent!
Friendly from stepping in the front door. Efficient- fixed my electronic shade. Made sure my shades and remote control were functioning properly. Also taught me a few new functions on the remote that I was unfamiliar with. Lastly Ben advised me they have an app for my shades and basically showed me what would benefit me going forward. Thank you SO much Ben.
