Amazing customer service the entire process. From the representative at their office, to our design consultant Yvonne, to our installer (Josh) everyone was incredibly professional and patient. Always arrived promptly for scheduled appointments and left everything just as neatly as they found it. Josh in particular noticed an issue with a part of our blinds, let us know immediately, tracked down a spare part, and drove back out same day to fix it for us. Could not recommend this company more and so glad we went with them!
